INTERNSHIP

During my semester abroad in the Spring of 2023, I completed an internship at a small boutique in Montpellier, France. I worked twice a week in the store to aid in any operations like sorting new shipments or helping clients while they shopped. I learned what it is really like to own and run a small business in Montpellier and found out the importance of small businesses in the city. I even had the chance to help with some of the marketing and social media for the boutique. Overall, it was an enriching experience that provided a great opportunity to speak French with locals and understand more about the French culture in an intimate setting.
